The master’s thesis focuses on GAP analysis of information security management system. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and practical part. The first part discusses the theoretical background of the issue of information and cyber security. The analytical part describes the current condition of the researched company. The thesis’s output is the draft of risk register and draft of security countermeasures implementation. The draft targets on countermeasures leading to increase information security in company.

Personal Data Processing Analysis under the GDPR Regulation

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a personal data protection system according to the General Data Protection Regulation in the organization Dentalife s.r.o.. The proposal was implemented on the basis of an analysis of the current situation which revealed serious shortcomings in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Based on the identified deficiencies, a recommendation has been drawn up which, in the event of its subsequent implementation, will put the current situation into line with this Regulation. The theme of the diploma thesis was selected primarily because of its up-to-date and missing materials that would describe and explain the individual steps of the whole process of analysis and implementation.

Implementation of standard ISO 27701 in the company using Gap analysis

This thesis analyses current state of the system for implementation of standard ISO 27701: 2019 extention. This standard extends already established standard ISO 27001. The thesis evaluates set of controls to the requirements of standard ISO 27701: 2019. Theoretical part contains information regarding the information security, describes a set of ISO 27000 standards as well as European and Czech legal acts related to information security. Following analysis of the company is performed with the application of security measures while implementing the extension standard ISO 27701. Contribution of this thesis is evaluation of the analysis which results from implementation of recommended standard to address the increased number of security threats and the protection of security information.

The aim of the Master´s thesis is the design process of transition to a fully integrated safety management system, taking into consideration the unique characteristics of small air operators. It means describing the initial situation, studying the requirements and recommendations of ICAO Doc.9859 a proposal for the transition to fully integrated security management system, taking into account the specifics of a small air operators. Work also includes a description of the "target state", all inputs, outputs and main functions, integration into the quality system and the organization of society as a whole.

The Proposal of Business Development Strategy of the Company Dealing with Coffee Roasting

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for the development of the business strategy of a coffee roasting company. The theoretical part contains literary research in the field of managing the development and growth of companies, the concept of business strategy for small businesses and selected analytical and research methods of the internal and external environment of the company. The analytical part focuses on a partial evaluation in the area of choosing a suitable location for the location of a branch in a defined market and other key areas for the design of a variant leading to the setting of a suitable business strategy. The proposal part contains the selection and processing of the selected variant, which is developed into an implementation plan, including evaluation of possible risks.

Quality of Sport Services at Relax active club Teplice

Title: Quality of Sport Services at Relax active club Teplice Objectives: The aim of this work is to evaluate the quality of sport services offered by Relax sport club Teplice. The secondary aim is to figure out the problematic points of service, which can lead to improving services offered to the clients and therefore improving their satisfaction. Methods: This thesis used a written form of inquiry, using the Likert scale to evaluate the fifth gap in the Gap model of service quality. A modified version of the SERVQUAL method for measuring quality of services was used, which was expanded from the original 5 dimensions into seven. The added dimensions were used because of the clubs focus on extensive options of service and a wide range of customers. Results: The survey identified the gaps between customer expectations and actual perceived value, which were used to determine problematic areas of the quality of services provided by Relax sport club Teplice. The results were positive. Tangibles, reliability, and responsible approach were the dimensions with the worst score. The SERV-score for tangibles was -2,85, for reliability -3,88 and for responsible approach -3,25. The survey revealed a problem in communication between the club and its clients. The diploma thesis deals with the design of strategic development of a company that operates in the field of development and construction of single-purpose devices, integration of robots, and automated lines. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a literature search focusing on the development and growth of companies in terms of strategic management and related issues of order management and selected analyzes in the field. The analytical part contains a partial and overall evaluation of the current situation of the company for subsequent decision-making and selection of suitable actions. The design part elaborates the subsequently proposed solutions in the form of possible development of the company, including implementation.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of internal communication of the organization Junák - český skaut, z.s. in last two years. Theoretical part lays down basic goals, purpose, outputs, and strategy of internal communication and focuses on its specifics in the non-profit sector generally and in the organization Junák specifically. The practical part of the thesis uses elements of the GAP Analysis and looks for gaps between the ideal and current state of communication in the organization. It suggests organizational plans to fill the gaps and overview of risks involved.
